Thesecond an image is released on the internet, it's going to be used by people for their own purposes, wether the owner/subject likes it or not.
Do you really think Rob Zombie, Angelina Jolie, Bob Barker or Tom Cruise really give a fucking rats ass if someone uses some random picture the media took of them, that they mostlikey don't even know of, without their individual permission?
Good Luck getting the 'model release' form from them, You'd be lucky to get anything better than a 'Stop wasting my time', or if its Rob, a fuck off.

Oh, and if your going to slam some people for posting wallpaper of their favourite musician/actor(tress), then slam them all, I've seen more of these than I can count..
